21st World Congress of Endoscopic Surgery (WCES) and 17th Asia-Pacific Congress of ELSA

Reach Surgical was honoured to be a Platinum Sponsor at this year’s World Congress of Endoscopic Surgery (WCES), where we had the opportunity to showcase our growing portfolio of innovative surgical solutions.

At our booth, we featured our comprehensive surgical portfolio, from our staplers and energy devices, to imaging and showcasing how we are incorporating AI-driven technology to advance precision, safety and performance in the operating room. Among our stapling innovations, the UltraFlex 90 attracted strong attention for its 90° articulation, a feature that enhances access and control in challenging procedures such as low anterior resection (LAR).

In the lead-up to the congress, we supported the “Safe Use of Surgical Energy in the OR (SENSOR) & Surgical Hemostasis” Workshop, held at Alexandra Hospital. More than 40 healthcare practitioners from Singapore and abroad participated in hands-on training with our energy device, OP9. OP9 features advanced energy technology that enables safer surgery through optimised energy delivery, reducing thermal spread and minimising tissue damage near vital structures.

Participants shared positive feedback on its ease of use, appreciating how a single energy device supports dual energy output (advanced bipolar and ultrasonic) and provides smooth vessel sealing capability even for vessels up to 7mm.
