The second day highlighted the technical prowess of our portfolio with live surgery demonstrations held in the state-of-the-art clinical laboratory at the Genesis Innovation Center.
We were honored to invite Dr. Zhicheng He, Associate Chief Physician and Postdoctoral Fellow from the Thoracic Surgery Department of Jiangsu Province Hospital, to perform an apical lobectomy using products of our comprehensive surgical portfolio.
This led on to the much-anticipated surgery featuring the debut of OMNIBOT, our innovative multi-portal surgical robot solution. OMNIBOT is equipped with four robotic arms, each with seven degrees of freedom, allowing for a broad range of motion in port placement and docking. This design ensures natural dexterity, accommodating various procedural requirements.
In our afternoon sessions, representatives from each company engaged in meaningful conversations with our R&D team, fostering valuable discussions that will shape future product advancements in line with evolving needs.
