At Night of Reach, we were proud to officially launch iREACH IRIS, our next-generation powered stapling platform, while bringing together leading surgeons to share perspectives on the evolving challenges and opportunities in minimally invasive surgery.
At Reach Surgical, we believe innovation begins by listening to surgeons. What made the evening particularly valuable was the opportunity to hear directly from thoracic surgeons sharing their experiences and perspectives on how iREACH IRIS and OMNIVUE support them in addressing real-world surgical challenges.
We would like to thank our moderator, Dr. Zhigang Li, together with speakers and panelists Dr. Ricard Ramos, Dr. David Sanchez-Lorente, MD, PhD, Dr. Mugur Bosinceanu and Dr. Thomas Krbek for generously sharing their expertise and clinical experience. Their discussions highlighted several common themes, including the need for greater manoeuvrability in confined anatomy, the growing importance of high-quality surgical visualisation and technologies that integrate seamlessly into surgical workflows.
Technology alone does not define progress. Its true value is realised when it is translated into clinical practice. Tonight’s presentations demonstrated how innovated and clinical expertise come together to address the challenges of modern thoracic surgery.
